Paul Sheston is very knowledgeable in working through NCIA complaints, and assisted me greatly in gaining a dismissal of my complaint.

Paul does an excellent job with the defense. He is pragmatic and strategic in both his recommendations and his defense of claims. His advice is rock solid, and he is able to boil cases down to the important factors for trial or settlement. His reporting is timely and factual, but also provides information on how the case is affected by the information in his updates.

My vehicle was illegally seized from me by a well-known financial institution. Even though the institution knew they were in the wrong, all they did was return my vehicle after a week of being impounded and said "sorry for the error".
