I would highly recommend Josh as your lawyer if you find yourself in need of one. Was not the kind of lawyer I was seeking. We were looking for a patent lawyer.

I have found obtaining information on garnishments, earnings or non-earnings to be quite the task. There are very few lawyers I have come across that know the intricate details of the process of both, especially when it comes to non-earnings (i.e. Bank levy’s). However, each time I have utilized Avvo for questions to be answered Rodney Knight has come through. He not only answered my questions but went as far as to give me additional important information when going through this process. I have talked to Rodney outside of Avvo to assist me in my situation and he has been a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend Mr. Knight!

Joshua handled my case and I was extremely satisfied with the service he gave. He always responded to my calls and emails in a quick manner and I really felt like he handled my case thoroughly as well regular communication with me on how he was handling the case and my feedback was important to him too. I got arrested for a dui in the slightest. I have never in all my life gone through such a terrible nightmare by getting handcuffed and getting put in a cell. the following day I was let out of jail and had to face the legal process of my ordeal. He wanted to charge me 9K and the whole time I was in his office I felt like I was talking to a computer were he was only giving me stats. If he wasn't sending me EMAILS about what was happening on my case he would call me and advise me on what was going on. I had my dui dropped and my DMV hearing suspension dismissed. A DUI can be a difficult and confusing experience, and you only get the minimal information from the police and the courts.
