To start, we’d like to say that this was the first time we needed an attorney and we didn’t realize all that goes into the process. Shane was very helpful guiding us through the required paperwork and offered suggestions on what we could do to make our case beneficial and fair for all involved. We did not have the knowledge necessary to have dealt with all of the questions, paperwork, etc. and Shane navigated all of that for us. If we’d had to do it ourselves, we would still be trying to figure it all out, or worse. His years of experience working with insurance companies and medical facilities became apparent in a very short period of time. He was persistent and diligent in taking care of our needs with our problem. We are grateful for all he did to get the results we got. We would recommend him highly.

When Shane first toook my case he was honest and upfront with his fees and more importantly what I could expect during the lawsuit process.
