Last year in February I went to lease my first vehicle after owning nothing but clunkers off Facebook Marketplace for years. I had super high hopes of finally getting into something way more reliable and although not "brand new", I was longing for that "new to me feeling". Within a month of having my new vehicle after driving off the lot, it started having issues. It needed a completely brand-new engine among a few other things and my engine was actually replaced twice as far as I can remember due to the first one being faulty and not installed correctly. Within two months of getting it back the first time, I was left stranded at home again with a car that didn't want to leave my driveway. Thankfully I had a warranty, and everything was going to be covered but the process for getting my car back to driving on the road took about 8 MONTHS. I fought needlessly for rentals and to make sure that all the things they kept finding wrong would actually be covered under my warranty. It was a long and exhausting back and forth battle that ended up taking a lot out of my mental in those months. I do photography on the side as extra income and there were COUNTLESS times I was left stranded at home because my car was in their shop, and they kept fighting me on rentals so I would lose out on sessions with clients I wanted to avoid losing. After the 2-3rd time of my financing company needing to pick my car up for maintenance and giving me grief about a rental, I finally had enough and called Hammer Law for help. I didn't know what my options were since it was my first time ever dealing with something so stressful so after the first phone call, I started to feel like there was going be some hope. It took about 5-6 months but we finally won our case and a settlement was written. It finally felt like all the turmoil I had gone through felt compensated in some way and I know we can't always expect compensation when we go through bad things so to come to the conclusion we did was super rewarding and I can't be appreciative enough for them fighting for me as hard as they did when I was a complete brat at times with how poorly I was treated within the first few months of my car always ending up on the side of the road and my personal and business life always paying the price for it. I had so many "I don't know how much more I can take" moments and they were patiently there through all of them and it will not be something I ever forget and is also why I will always recommend them when someone ends up in just as bad of a bind as I was in. They really are worth it <3

I contacted Henry and team after attempting to resolve a lemon law manufacturer buyback myself. I spent over a couple dozen hours over the course of several months, struggling to even get the manufaturer to acknowledge and respond to my requests. More phone calls than I could count, more emails than I care to remember, and even a BBB Auto Line NP claim that seemed to never make any progress, all to no avail. I was on the brink of giving up before reaching out to Hammer Law as a last effort. I am glad I did. They were quick and responsive, professional, friendly, and took care of everything. If you’re wondering if you have a case like I was, call Hammer Law! Turns out I didn’t have a Lemon Law case like I originally thought because the statute of limitations had expired. That didn’t stop me from receiving a very large check from the manufacturer! Hammer Law fought for my waisted time and money having my car serviced so often. I didn’t even know that was possible!
