My husband and I hired Mr. Hicks for a child relocation case. Not only was I constantly anxious about everything, I asked a TON of questions (sometimes more than once). Robert always took the time to answer my questions and to help me separate out what would be useful in Court and what would be less than helpful when it came to examination and evidences. He really took the time to understand the situation, listen to the needs and wants we had, and took the case to heart. His belief in our case and what we were fighting for truly helped us win. Added bonus- If you're a huge introvert like I am and have a preference to text/e-mail vs. phone, he was phenomenal at written communication! We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Useless service they don't do half the things the site says and can't even point in the direction of help find someone else

Robert helped me in a divorce/protective order case where I was very hurt, surprised, and wanted a resolution as soon as possible. He listened to all of my concerns and input before making a plan, and helped put me at ease (as much as possible) given the circumstances. Family law is a personal and vulnerable matter, and it was difficult for me to find an attorney on short notice who I felt that I could trust, in addition to trusting that they were not over charging. I'm glad to have had Robert in my corner and the issue was resolved as quickly as possible.

Divorce is a very stressful process. From the very first time I met with Robert I knew I was in great hands. Mr. Hoggatt is an amazing man. I was pulled over and charged with a DUI for prescription medication. He was able to get all 3 of my DUI’s dropped, saved my drivers license, and I only had to plead guilty to an improper lane change. His prices are reasonable in my opinion and he is professional, the staff is compassionate and professional. I would recommend The Country Lawyer to all my friends and strangers who need help!!
