I had the pleasure earlier this month to set up a Family trust account with Mr. Brendon Rogers. I went into Mr. Rogers office with a list of question and concerns I had regarding properly creating the trust and how best to identify properties and assets, powers of attorney, and many other aspects. I found that as we were discussing the trust, he was answering each of my questions before I had a need to mention them. He also included precise guidance of what to do after we met so that all my assets are properly identified and necessary accounts were created. At the end of the process, Mr. Rogers produced all the trust documents and support information that were necessary to give me the peace of mind that my affairs were in order. The end product is a set of documents that are well organized, indexed and easy to comprehend. I am very pleased with Mr. Brendon Rogers as well as his pleasant and very capable staff. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Mr. Rogers for estate planning needs!

An Honest Attorney! I know that sounds like an oxymoron. But Mr. Brendon Rogers was absolutely wonderful. If you want to feel confident about your final affairs, you really need to talk to Brendan Rodgers. He explained how everything will work after I'm gone and truly helped me to understand the latest and greatest in forms and what I needed to know to make everything work correctly for while I am here. Now I am confident that my son does not have to worry about all the details. Everything is spelled out for him. It is hard enough when you lose someone but now, thanks to Brendon Rogers, I know that my son has the paperwork he needs and will be in a position to help me if things get hard.
