Super easy to work with. Usually my skin crawls when I have to meet with my attorneys But brendon is really easy going and makes everything almost fun. I would recommend him to anyone.

An honest attorney! I know that sounds like an oxymoron. But Mr. Brendon Rogers was absolutely wonderful. If you want to feel confident about your final affairs, you really need to talk to Brendan Rodgers. He explained how everything will work after I'm gone and truly helped me to understand the latest and greatest in forms and what I needed to know to make everything work correctly for while I am here. Now I am confident that my son does not have to worry about all the details. Everything is spelled out for him. It is hard enough when you lose someone but now, thanks to Brendon Rogers, I know that my son has the paperwork he needs and will be in a position to help me if things get hard. He also has my Last Will and Testament for when things become final. Attorney Brendan Rogers is up to date and very knowledgeable about Trusts and Wills.

Brendon did a Trust for me, I was totally unfamiliar with Trusts, and he helped me to understand them and what needed to be done after the Trust itself was done. Mr. Rodgers was recommended to me when my Mom and Dad passed away and it was time to take care of the estate. He took care of all the paper work and filing that's was required and I was made the PR for mom and dads estate. Mr. Rodgers was on top of everything, I was receiving emails and phone calls every time something took place to keep me up to date. He successfully completed what we agreed on and stuck to the fee.

We engaged Brendon to educate us on Trusts & set up a Family Trust. He went above & beyond in making sure we understood how they work & that it would accomplish what we desire. It took us several months to pull our info together & in that time Brendon met with us several times to review, explain & guide us. We never felt pushed or pressed to rush thru the process. I was referred to Brendon Rogers by a mutual friend. He came to my house in Mesa, Arizona to do a trust for my family. He was very thorough in explaining the trust process and gave us some helpful advice to get it started and completed. He explained we needed to be specific in what we wanted in our trust so it could be completed in a timely manner. We went over everything and in a few weeks, his staff had the first draft completed. He came down and we went over it and okayed it for final draft. He was very professional, courteous, helpful and trustworthy. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. It was a pleasure doing business with him and his staff.

Mr. Rogers was highly recommended to me when my father passed. I was out of state and needed someone I could trust to maneuver estate handling on my behalf. Mr. Rogers prepared all of the necessary documents based on what knowledge I had of the estate and a fee was quoted and accepted. Mr. Rogers was granted power of attorney to move forward on getting title transfers for vehicles and a manufactured home. Little did we know what obstacles Mr. Rogers would encounter and it turned out to require far more of his time and energy than any of us expected. He was persistent, diligent, and professional and communicated with me via email, telephone and mail during the entire process. He successfully accomplished what had been agreed on and he stuck to his original fee.

Brendon Rogers worked on my brother's estate for several years. He is the first experience I've ever had with an attorney, so I was a little apprehensive at first. I live out of state and needed to be able to depend on someone who would be honest and knowledgable in estates. Brendon fit that perfectly and I am so grateful for his service. Not only did he research and do all of the work on my brother's estate without a hitch, he went above and beyond through the whole probate process. He answered all of my questions, always thorough and with kindness. Several times he personally drove to Show Low to check on my brother's property, and he also secured the doors and windows after he found someone had vandalized the house. He arranged for the house and yard to be cleaned up and eventually sold, and charged very minimal and fairly for everything he did. Really felt like he treated me like family.
