I am so disappointed with this firm. I called to get a postnuptial on which my husband and I are in full agreement, I was ready to move forward, then I was told my husband called and spoke with her two or three years ago so she can't help me. IF he called them it would have nothing at all to do with me. It would have been his ex-wife and an alimony issue we were dealing with that year, possibly. My husband had no memory of calling their office, so he called to inquire and the front desk secretary would not tell him ANYTHING. Not even why he supposedly called. They were not retained and he did not even meet with them. So Mrs. Mushkatel would not represent either of us, nor did she refer us to anyone else in the office for a simple postnuptial agreement. This makes no sense to me whatsoever. She said she was protecting both of us. A bit dramatic for a postnuptial agreement.
