Outstand legal care.

My mother passed away this past summer, July 2018. Her estate consisted of a security deposit refund check made out to her "estate". Mr. Marsh, pro bono, gave me much needed advice and detailed direction on how to deal with the check. Because of his advice we didn't have to go through the expense and extensive time required with the probate process. Instead he guided me through a process for small estates. This required the check be canceled and reissued. But the process was much cheaper, easier and faster than going through probate. I was so impressed with the manner in which he helped me, I am going to try harder to treat others with the compassion and kindness that he treated my siblings and me.

There are times in your life when you need someone to help you that really cares. And it's times like those when you need to see Mr. Marsh. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable, but he is also incredibly compassionate. You could go see any lawyer who knows the law. But if you want someone who also understands you and what you need legally, then you should see Mr. Marsh. He takes his time with you and truly listens and definitely wants to help. You will walk in his office with questions yet walk out feeling like everything will be ok because of his support. That is a very rare quality and one that I'm sure all of his clients truly appreciate.
