My wife and I first heard David Eastman talk about estate planning at a seminar in Sun City Grand. He’s extremely knowledgeable and a humorous and engaging speaker. He gives THE BEST estate planning seminar going! We engaged him to re-draft our Living Trust, as we changed our domicile from Washington (20% estate tax) to Arizona (0% estate tax). He did not disappoint. He was very patient with us and helped us understand all of the inevitable minutia involved in setting up a Living Trust. The large binder he gave us at the end of our sessions with him was extremely helpful in getting us organized. It made sure we covered all of the bases needed to make sure the documents’ benefits are in force and truly realized. We highly recommend Dave Eastman and his firm.
