I just wanted to say thank you to David for all of his hard work and representing me in family court. David not only was my attorney but he listened to me and was thoughtful, kind, caring and compassionate. I never felt like I was a number but he saw me as a person and saw the big picture of what was going on in my situation. Even when I had a bunch of questions he always answered them thoroughly and was always very patient. I recommend David and if ever in the future I would need a attorney, I'd have him be my attorney again. Thank you David!

I got a couple quotes prior to choosing a lawyer for my trust. What won me over with Chance was the customer service. I called and spoke to him directly never an automated voice system. Even before I was his client he spent the time to walk me through processes and answer all questions He is not pushy making you do things you don’t want to and he is extremely through in explaining things. I hope I don’t need a lawyer often but I would use him as a starting point every time!!

David Eastman is knowledgeable, thorough, professional and personable. He helped my father create a dynamic and purposeful trust. David maintains a responsive office with excellent staff. Most importantly, David explains trusts and answers questions with relevancy and meets the needs of the client. Dad has everything he needs and David is an integral leading member of Dad's estate planning team.

Everyone at Eastman's was welcoming and professional. We had a somewhat complicated list of what we wanted our estate to cover but didn't really know the best way to accomplish it. Dave explained our options very clearly and helped us refine our plans to get exactly what we wanted. He explained the law and the tax situation we would face and what decisions would be to our financial advantage. Once the trust was done he explained everything so we could understand it (no 'legalese') and make sure our wishes were expressed accurately in the trust. We have great confidence in him, his associates, and that our trust expresses our wishes. Would highly recommend to others and would return should we need further assistance.

After a hit and run leaving me in a bad situation, I visited a friend who referred me to Chance Johnson.
