Recently, our family found ourselves in a difficult and unfamiliar situation. Our son, who is suffers from a mental illness, was arrested. If convicted, he was going to go to prison for several years. He went off his medication and was not thinking clearly resulting in a couple of poor choices. As parents my wife and I felt lost. We reached out to Derek Oliverson, Oliverson and Huss Law PLLC. They took care of everything. David Greenberg and Derek Oliverson both worked very hard on behalf of our Son. They listened and understood the big picture. They really cared about us and our son. They were able to work with the prosecutor to find a solution that was fair and will help our son get back on his medication. The agreement has the potential of all charges being dropped and removed from our son’s record. The fees were reasonable, the service was excellent, and the results were better than anticipated. From the moment I called and spoke with Derek, I felt connected and relieved. He was very responsive and listened to my situation.
