They kept the case moving forward and did not play into the fals emotion based shenanigans my soon to be Ex was throwing at us. Everything was based on fact and precedent of law. I hired Douglas C. Gardner as my divorce attorney and his involvement made all the difference. Unfortunately, my wife and her attorney insisted on doing everything the hard way and the difficult way. Mr. Gardner was able to properly negotiate a very favorable outcome, and then to use what leveragewe had to convince my wife and her attorney to eventually settle the case. They seemed to settle when they could tell that we were ready, willing, and able to proceed to trial, and they did not like the prospect of what they were looking at.
