Russ and his team helped me tremendously by getting my DUI down to a reckless driving. Russ was honest from the beginning and didn’t sugar coat anything. They were also available for any questions I had and were with me each step of the process. They even handled contacting the MVD which freed up my time to continue to work. I highly recommend Russ and his team. I am extremely grateful and appreciative of their services.

I hired Russ to represent my son for a criminal case. The charges against my son were pretty severe and myself and family were extremely worried about the potential outcome. Russ walked me through both the charges and the entire legal process early on along with potential outcomes. He gathered all of the case data and kept me in the loop each step of the way. If he needed something from me, he explained what he needed and why it was needed. If I had any questions, he answered them very quickly. I was very impressed with his legal knowledge and his calm demeanor. In the end, my son agreed to a plea deal that was very good considering his initial charges. I would highly recommend Russ for any criminal defense matters.

My son had an incident at school that ended up involving the police as well as an expulsion. Russ represented us in both situations. First of all I was Extremely Shocked when a Detective Contacted me to inform me I was accused of Rape. Do not meet with the Police without having a Lawyer. One thing was very clear looking back, even during the investigation its best to have a lawyer before charges, do not worry if you feel like it makes you look guilty, it’s the smart decision. Mr Richelsoph Charges by the hour. Other attorneys charge by the Pre-Charge. I had considered both options and can say without a doubt, even though I was more comfortable with knowing my max out of pocket / Flat Fee, Hourly is Best. You will most likely pay a bit more, however, you know you’re getting every penny worth. With the Flat Fee you can bet once your attorney has put in more work/time than the Fee they are not laser focused on your case any longer, a situation that could cost you 7 years of your life. Most of the pre-charge flat fees were $6500 and I spent about $8500 when all said and done with Mr Richelsoph, however, could have saved probably $1500-$2500 if I wasn't such a talker and we hired a private investigator & took a Polygraph all included in $8500. When I met with Mr Richelsoph, there were no threats that if I didn't hire him I would go to prison, no High Pressure, he just listened, explained his experience, explained how he would see this case going, than asked if I wanted to retain him or not. His consultation was not free like most others, but, I like an attorney that is confident and knows their own worth. Everyone knows time is money and Mr. Richelsoph and his firm were transparent from the start. The other firms were free, however, they had a Car Salesman-ish Feeling, High Pressure, Scare Tactics. Mr Richelsoph is experienced, supportive, and develops a well-planned strategy based on the facts of YOUR case. I must have spoken to 8 different firms specializing in Sexual Assault and there attorneys all seem to lump you into the same plan as every other one of their similar clients. Russell's strategy with my case was unique & different from his strategy of other cases he handles. He takes into account the facts, evidence, personalities of both you and the investigating detective when developing the strategy. He clearly explains what his strategy is, the reason for it, and the timeline in which he hopes to conclude. The price and the timeline was spot on. I'm a talker so I personally drove the cost up, but Russell was there for me and did discount those supportive hour long meetings. I can say with absolute certainty that Russell is not a lawyer trying to bill unnecessary hours, but rather takes pride in only billing the minimum needed to accomplish the end goal. Other Law firms use a scare tactic or guilt trip. During their free consultation they would make me feel like I was going to be charged no matter what, that if I didn't hire them right then and now I was going to prison WORST FEELING EVER. They would also promote themselves as best in the industry and ask if I'm willing to gamble my freedom to save a few dollars. Yet these firms usually had a big name attorney behind it but the one working on your case is someone with experience in traffic, or business, etc, VERY MISLEADING. Mr Richelsoph, without disclosing the clients name, showed me 18 other similar cases he was working on in the last year. My case was closed without charges and the report by the Police Detective worded the investigation in a way that supported my version of events. It was interesting because the detective is very tight lipped during the investigation but afterwards is fairly open. He had mentioned that Russell handled this case perfectly and if he had handled it like many other attorney strategies, which was to build a wall between me and the Police, this investigation may still be open. So in conclusion, I can't thank Russell enough! He gave me back my LIFE! He did everything he said & promised!

He was good attorney he listens to you and he Does not judge you and I would use them again

Russell Richelsoph represented my son in two different criminal cases. I am happy to say that he achieved above and beyond what I expected for my son in both instances. He is a phenomenal attorney! My husband and I would definitely hire him if the situation arose again. We would highly recommend Russell for anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney.

Russ was professional and knowledgeable about my legal situation. He took the appropriate amount of time to explain things and answer my questions. And, I think he spent the appropriate amount of house on my case and didn't overcharge (at least, I hope not).

Mr. Richelsoph did an excellent job on my case. He went over what was needed to know and more. Giving me in detail and depth of what to do and what not to do, my rights, the procedure of what will happen, and made me feel comfortable and confident with him. I would not know what I know now about my rights, procedures, and the severity of what has happened. I am thankful and honored to have had him as my lawyer and will recommend him in the future which I hope will not be needed.
