They are very clear and concise as to exactly the way the whole process is going to play out. I cannot possibly thank the ALG folks enough. Carl and the others were amazing. We were referred through a friend and are so grateful. They explained the process every step of the way and we are glad they did. In this case the Insurance of the at fault driver decided to try and leave us holding the considerable medical bills. Thanks to the hard work and knowledge of ALG, this was prevented. I don't know how we would have handled this alone. Insurance companies get paid for not paying, so get help from ALG.
