Dealing with Mr. Simon as opposing counsel in a family law matter was an incredibly frustrating experience. Rather than working towards resolution, his approach was marked by unnecessary aggression, unprofessionalism, and intimidation tactics. Instead of addressing the key issues, he relied on veiled threats and inflammatory language that only escalated conflict and drove up legal fees for everyone involved. It’s worth noting that Mr. Simon’s law license has been suspended twice, which unfortunately aligns with the unethical behavior I observed firsthand. Attorneys should prioritize professionalism, integrity, and the best interests of their clients—especially in sensitive family law matters—but my experience with Mr. Simon fell far short of those expectations. If you’re seeking an attorney who upholds high ethical standards and works towards effective resolutions, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
