I would be very cautious about this law firm. They are extremely shady and problematic. I feel it’s important to share my experience and to warn other people.

I’m currently in battle for 50/50 child custody. All I can say is when I was looking for a lawyer I didn’t know what to look for. But when a family friend of mine told me about Craig Simon and his law firm I got the chance to meet with him and discuss my case, the experience and the confidence he have gave me a better understanding on what to look for a lawyer. He’s knowledge and experience made me feel better about my case and my current situation. I would totally recommend it to everyone that is looking for a lawyer. I will say this. He is the best in Arizona because when I was facing this situation I was scared and didn’t know what to do, but after talking to him and choosing him as my lawyer he gave me the chance to see the positive side and to not worry or stress as much as I did when I didn’t know how to face this battle.

Minimal work ethic, poor advice and less than ideal out one. They'll take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Waste of money and will probably need to go back to court in the future. No more money from me. He did not look out for the best interest of the child....period

If you are looking for a lawyer who will advocate on your behalf and will look out for you and your family’s interests , hire Atty. Craig. I was looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Lawyer who can handle a very complicated and contentious case in family court and have talked to many Attys in the Phoenix area and I have found Atty Craig to be the best and hired him. During the consultation , he was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and took the time and never did i feel I was being rushed. He was straight forward and honest of his answers, not sugar coating anything. He will tell you not the things you want to hear but the things you need to know. He is an efficient lawyer who was able to outline our points exactly as we needed in a short period of time. Most importantly, He will make sure he is available when you need him and his response time is great!
