Stuart was one of a few lawyers I met with when I was initially beginning my divorce case. I instantly connected with Stuart and respected his honesty. Stuart made the divorce process as quick and painless as it can be. I appreciated his efficiency in all aspects of our case and his availability. He always had my best interests in mind and made me feel very comfortable during an uncomfortable situation. I would highly recommend Stuart to anyone who needed a divorce lawyer.

I was referred to The Peterson Law Firm by a friend of my son's. My son was trying to get full custody of his daughter from his ex-girlfriend. We met with Stuart in November of 2017 and decided he was our best hope to acquire full custody of my granddaughter. Stuart helped us throughout all the court documents and the hearing. I struggled finding an attorney I trusted until i came across Stuart Peterson. I was paying a ridiculous amount in child support without any custody, and wanted nothing less than 50/50. I originally posted a question on AVVO and Stuart answered my question with the most knowledge. I followed up with him and he continued to give me advice, free of charge, without pressuring me into anything. This is when I knew I found the lawyer for me. I met with Stuart later that week for free consultation, and he answered all my questions and even encouraged me to keep asking him questions about anything pertaining to my family court case. I explained my financial situation and Stuart, and he worked with me and went out of his way to get me in the best affordable situation with him. Stuart took care of all the paper work, and remained in constant communication with me and all my questions even though he had court appearances and trials. In the end, I got 50/50 custody and got my child support taken off. I never write reviews, but the work Stuart does needs to be recognized. Stuart will be the guy I go to for any family court matter, and recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I would highly reccomend Stuart Peterson. I first met him when I was looking for a Tax Attorney to help me with a large amount of past taxes owed due to a divorce. I was getting promises from many Attorneys and tax agencies. I was very confused because of the different course of actions that I could take, the out of pocket expense and the potential outcome. At the same time I am getting correspondence from the IRS that I didn’t understand. This was very scary and unsettling. When I met Mr. Peterson he was very knowledgeable about the situation was in. What I liked was his honestly about the my options and how he was candid about the pros and cons as well. I was fortunate to work with him. Stuart was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had along the way. I always got an immediate response via phone, email or text. He was able to successfully end my case and settle in my favor with the IRS! Mr. Peterson’s personal dedication for his clients best interest is hard to find. I would highly recommend his services.
