Stuart was instrumental in my court case and was a straight shooter from the start, which I appreciate. I am an extremely thorough person and also always have LOTS of questions, which Stuart always promptly answered so I always knew where things stood. I would absolutely use his services again and I highly recommend.

Stuart Peterson gave me peace of mind when I first hired him. I felt safe enough to relax in his abilities as an attorney and trusted he was going to do his best for my family. He didn't disappoint. Stuart Peterson is truly the best attorney that I have had. I have had a few during my custody battle and Stuart is the ONLY one that actually cares about his client. He is affordable and works very hard to help in any way possible. He is reasonable when it comes to price. He is personable and has a great understand of the law. Stuart commands the court room and pushes for what is right! He will work very hard and is very reasonable. He wont lie and tell you that you will win, he is upfront about how strong the case is. In my experience I ended up with full custody and sole decision making. Being a father that is very hard to get which I have been in court for the last 4 years with multiple attorneys and multiple judges. I was facing a formal opposition and many false allegations. Once I hired Stuart my case finally started to change for the best. I am very thankful for how hard Stuart worked for the best interest in my child.

Stuart is absolutely Incredible! He has been very helpful and accommodating throughout my family case and has continued to be as helpful as possible even after. I greatly respect that he is not afraid to be blunt and honest with me in all aspects of the case. Without his help and guidance, I would be completely lost. I needed some very quick advice and trying to qualify an attorney in Tempe and I met with Stuart and his colleague. The FIRST attorney's that actually read all my input before I walked in the door and understood my case. I was impressed! They were practical and polite. They offered great advice. I'm following with them now on an additional item. You won't go wrong with Stuart and his team!!!! 3 weeks later...I needed more assistance and was deciding between doing part of this by myself or leveraging Stuart to help. He was great, I set a time, we discussed the pros/cons. He was very practical and knowledgeable. Assisted me with legal points, relevant case studies and provided a balanced position. If you have to go through a divorce, call Stuart!

Do NOT look anywhere else but Peterson Law Firm!!! It's a little early for me to be writing this review as my BK is not yet completed, but I absolutely MUST! Stuart literally saved my life! How did he save my life, you ask? I had a really bad experience with another law firm hired for BK. When I fired them, they kept all my $ and now I'm going thru the AZ State Bar to investigate their conduct. My blood pressure & stress level were in the danger zone. I was lost and seriously didn't know what I was going to do. I was about to be garnished by numerous creditors any day! I emailed several inquiries to many different attorneys. Stuart Peterson responded within an hour of my request. He earned my business with his quick responses & AMAZING customer service. He has always treated me like a person (first name basis) and not a number! He has not once faltered on keeping me in the loop, advising me on each step of the process, & answering all my questions efficiently in a manner I was able to understand. It really seems like he's got my back and genuinely wants to help me. He was very reasonably priced and allowed me to make arrangements that appeased both parties. He also allowed me to meet with him around my work schedule so I didn't lose $ taking time off work! Today, with his help, I officially filed and can work on going uphill from here. I am sleeping well, and have been boosted in spirits at work & home. Thank you, Stuart. I can’t thank Stuart enough for the amazing job he did with my case. I was going thru a custody battle with my difficult ex husband, but he was on top of everything and made sure he was always available to answer my questions. He was very thorough with his work and always went above and beyond. He was able to get me full custody of my kids during the school year, which is exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Stuart to anyone, he was simply amazing!
