I have had such an amazing experience with Cook Law Office and all the attorneys there they have been very helpful and very responsive and very understanding I’m so happy to of ended up with this law office I can tell they truly care.

Cook Law Office represented me in a car accident I was in last year. The first person I spoke to was Chenique. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She guided me through the beginning steps to get the ball rolling. The rest of the way, I pretty much dealt with Frank. Frank was straight to the point, nothing more. The law office handled everything from insurance, to my totaled car, to immediately starting my medical appointments. They regularly checked in with me. The accident happened in March. I went to medical appointments until about August. The law office began closing out accounts and negotiations began. An initial offer was received but the law office wanted to negotiate for more. The second round took about a month. I received my settlement in January. The communication was great until the end. I had questions about paperwork that was sent to me but I could not get a hold of anyone after the money came in. This was odd because throughout the whole process they were very on point with replying to me, usually within minutes or next day. I just ended up signing for the check and that was that. Overall I would recommend Cook Law Office. They got the job done.

I was in a car accident about a year ago and came to Cook. Victoria been really helpful in navigating the legal and settlement process, and have been more than patient in my moments of frustration. They've kept me informed throughout the process and once the insurance settled, they took care of me very quickly. I hope I never need their services again but if I do, it's the first call I'm going to make. Caring, professional, and attentive.
