And make sure that I don't need anything or have any questions. Just having someone check in on me every week makes me feel like they really care. The Cook law team exemplifies true service excellence. I initially tried doing things without a lawyer after my insurance company tried denying my claim I immediately looked up lawyers in the area and after through research I discovered cook law . They handled EVERYTHING and made the entire process seamless. I no longer had the headaches of trying to deal with the insurance companies because cook law took care of everything. Also special shout-out to Jimmy cook and Chenique because they are truly amazing. They immediately answered any questions or concerns I had . Their communication and the entire cook law team’s communication is awesome. Chenique helped them both out so much because the girls were really scared (18/19) the other peoples insurance tried to give them the run around , but Kyle didn’t let that happen! First things first I just want to say thank you to all the lawyers and clerks at the Cook Law firm they made this difficult process in the beginning Real smooth I was in a horrible accident and was in no shape to deal with insurance companies going back-and-forth asking me all these questions after just going head on with another vehicle so I found out about the Cook Law firm and contacted them immediately they made the process easy all I pretty much did to start everything off in the beginning is sign one document electronically and they were very professional and kind and gave me details as clear as water they made the process so simple for me that I forgot I was even in the accident I do not regret choosing them to represent me and I highly recommend them to anybody God forbid you ever have to use their services but if one day if you ever find yourself in a jam Cook Law firm is the way to go.
