Awesome customer service

First and foremost we would like to thank the Cook Law Offices team. In particular Ms. Chenique Smith. In the end she went above and beyond to help us with our case. She made sure our concerns were being listened to and addressed with professionalism that you don't see much today. Mr. Cook also considered all of our concerns and addressed them in the utmost professional manner. I would suggest if anyone has the misfortune of a car accident then I would highly recommend Cooks Law office. We want to let Mr. Cook and his staff know that we thank them for all they do and all that they have done. In particular Ms. Chenique Smith and Jimmy Cook. Thank you all!!!

I was referred to Cook law office by Dr. F at Emergency Chiropractic in Tempe for a car accident that occurred in May. Upon entering everyone was very friendly and asked if I had been helped yet while waiting for an associate to go over my case with me. I met with Michael and we discussed the accident and he assured me that I had a strong case. They were very efficient and everything took place in a timely manner after my treatment was complete. Russ was very helpful in assisting me and answering my questions since I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I was shocked when they told me the total settlement amount because it was double what I was expecting! They were able to lower my medical costs more than half enabling me to receive as much money as possible which for an overworked college student is fantastic. I will surely be returning to Cook law for any future accidents!

I met Jimmy cook about 4 years ago. We've been in and out of court many many times. I was a single dad with 2 kids one was 2 years old and the other was 5. my ex wife was a drug addict and would show up in court and try to fight to get the kids. Jimmy was able to get her time reduced all the way down to two hours under my supervision every two weeks. It was a very long process in and out of court and Jimmy hung in there and fought for me and my kids.

My experience with Cook Law Firm has been exceptional. They always kept me informed in every step of the process. During this experience , Ms. Judy remained diligent in her prompt respones and updates on a consistent basis. Thank you

They were cool got some decent money for my brother and wife other brother got ripped but he shoulda gone to the Dr. more I guess. I shared a photo of the woman that has helped me out the most. She has been amazing and cares about what is happening to me and my family. We are going back a second time with a case for my teenage son who was in an accident this year

Jimmy Cook law office is amazing! I was in a bad car accident in March and I was injured and they helped me with everything. They were able to get me the treatment I needed right away. Chenique called me at least once a week to update me on everything involving my case and made me feel so much better about everything that we had to do along the way. Chenique is seriously an angel. It was so amazing to know they all cared so much about their clients and they took my case very seriously. Thank you so much for everything!
