I chose the Weingart Firm because of their experience. They were very good about answering questions as I went through the process.

I had the pleasure of James E. Novak representing me in a stressful, unfortunate matter. Throughout the process he was very professional and informative in explaining the processes of the court system. Additionally, I could call him at any time of the week and he would answer my call directly to answer any question that I had. Fortunately, because of his great negotiation skills, he was able to resolve my matter and now it is a thing of the past. I would strongly recommend Mr. Novak to anyone that might find themselves caught into a legal situation.

Mr. Weingart provided excellent legal care to me. When i was nervous about my case Mr. Weingart always assured me that everything would be fine. He really helped me when i needed it most and i would highly recommend his services to my friends and family. His years of experience really showed when we entered the court room, he was on a first name basis with the prosecutor and judge which really made me feel like i had made the right decision with choosing the Weingart Firm.

Like most people, I was extremely nervous and unaware of the DUI process and potential consequences it brings. I had a super extreme charge and was worried about what my life would look like during and after this type of charge. Not only did Mark and his amazing team walk me through all the variables, they were timely on communication, and always let me know what I was able to do as well as their professional recommendations. Today I sat in front of the judge and received a minimum charge due to the fight the Weingart Frim put forth for me. A DUI to the slightest degree, minimal fine, reinstated my driving, and NO JAIL TIME. I was expecting the worst when I first walked into their office but can not express my gratitude I did. I highly recommend anyone dealing with the scare a DUI in Arizona brings, to trust in the Weingart firm and allow them to get you through it.

Absolutely incredible Firm. I was working with Adam Weingart very closely on a family court case and was very very impressed and more than satisfied with the work done by him and the firm. Not only does Adam have the best work ethic in any attorney that I've seen, but also that he will tirelessly grind and grind at a case until it is completed. Typical bullshit lawyer Mark does the sale, but never represents you in court, happens every day with lawyers. But, dude in court was kind of embarrassing, no show and unprepared. Judge said to call him and the office sent him to his court date. You get a discovery motion and a plea bargain for $5000, thats it and that. They will skip the officer interview and wont verify the breath machine which one would assume would be bare minimum. Perhaps understanding your how tent city works or support on license issues would be considered bare minimum also, but i got nothing. This is not to say Mark isnt offering the same thing as most law offices, finding a lawyer who does due dilligence is rough. I thought I worked hard enough vetting lawyers, thought I had the right guy. I burned him the last 800 bucks, havnt heard from him, but i am sure i will. I am sure he will respond defensively. He likes to use the internet, so do I, game on Mark.
