BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Chenique smith, donna, travis, and Jimmy went above and beyond from day one. Chenique is like your personal assistant all the way through doesn't matter what day of the week or time of day she's on your side and is figuring out your problems immediately. I hope I never have to deal with another accident but if I do this is the first place I'm going to call. The process is stressful frustrating and drawn out but I can guarantee all your worries will be laid to rest dealing with this team.

Great people, kind and they have the patience to help you. I was in a car accident two years ago this Sept 2020. Was on the fence about getting a Lawyer. I thought the pain I was experiencing would heal itself. So after a lot of thought. I called the Insurance co. They offered me $500 That's when I decided to Call Cook Law. I'm so glad I did. Cause two years later the pain has gotten very bad. Cook Law got money for my pain and suffering. And I will need that money for Dr Bill's. If I hadn't called, I would be footing all the Bill's myself. If you were hurt in an accident, call. They will gladly help you.

The attention Chenique gives makes you feel like you are talking to your best friend. She has been very patient ,kind and thorough. Blake reaches out to me on a weekly basis to ensure that I am okay. And make sure that I don't need anything or have any questions. Just having someone check in on me every week makes me feel like they really care.
