I needed to create a trust in 2018 to ovoid the issues that may rise with the probates. My brother recommended Yaser Ali Law. The experience was great. I met with Mr. Ali Yaser, he was very professional, understood my concerns and what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process, he answered my questions and offered some options I did not think about before. Mr. Yaser helped me create the family trust and the creation of an LLC to protect my assets. Mr. Yaser kept me updated and was doing follow ups all the time. The documents have competed in a timely manner. Again, the experience was easy and pleasant. Couple of weeks later we received a binder containing our updated Family Legal Plan. Nicely organized with our estate planning documents inside including Trust agreement, funding, last will and testament, durable power of attorney, health care. James Novak is the best lawyer I have ever hired. Back in April I got caught with using a fake id to enter a concert venue and Mr. Novak helped me immensely with this situation. Absolutely amazing. I have no idea how but James was able reduce my class 4 narcotics charge (for having Weed mints) turning me from a suspected felon back to a just 19 year old boy again. Now with a reduced charge I can actually go on tasc and wipe my record clean permanently! Would recommend to anyone struggling with the law and it’s sometimes unlawful scrutiny. Ps. I highly recommend James Novak! He was the perfect attorney for my son.
