Super nice people and the process was going to suck regardless but they made it easy. No complaints!

The Cook Law Office, was very helpful when I was injured in a car accident. My case worker Victoria was amazing! She was kind, helpful and patient with me. She was great at explaining every detail and made it abundantly clear, she is one tough woman! she fought for me and won my case with the best possible settlement. I can't thank you all enough for your help. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

The Cook law team exemplifies true service excellence. I initially tried doing things without a lawyer after my insurance company tried denying my claim I immediately looked up lawyers in the area and after through research I discovered cook law . They handled EVERYTHING and made the entire process seamless. I no longer had the headaches of trying to deal with the insurance companies because cook law took care of everything. Also special shout-out to Jimmy cook and Chenique because they are truly amazing. They immediately answered any questions or concerns I had . Their communication and the entire cook law team’s communication is awesome. I’ve used them twice already and I have also recommended my family members and also my close friends to cook law as well so they don’t have to struggle with the insurance either . My experience so far as been nothing short of amazing. All staff have been great very responsive. Chenique went over the details and took her time with me was definitely reassuring It made the process go smoothly. I would definitely recommend services.

I contacted Cook's Law Firm after my accident and they have more than met my needs and my approval staff there very knowledgeable and very very friendly the secretary chenique took the time to walk me through the process of how accidents work. My sister and her girlfriend got into a accident that wasn’t their fault ! Chenique helped them both out so much because the girls were really scared (18/19) the other peoples insurance tried to give them the run around , but Kyle didn’t let that happen! The mintier we called him for help he was right in it ! Both of them were really helped us out once the other guys got nasty !We are to thankful to have cool law firm in our corner !

Donna with cook law has been very amazing , Donna has been very transparent and has been in constant contact with my wife and I letting us know all our options and has been fighting hard to get us all the money we deserve. I originally chose cook law office as I was told they were the best attorney if you're a passenger in an accident and I'm glad I chose them. My case is almost over and the number I'm getting right now is already a very great number but Donna is going to try to get me even more I will update this or leave another post if I get more or right now I'm already satisfied. I normally don't review anyone but I really feel but I want to give them credit that they deserve by giving them a review and recommend anyone to use their services. First things first I just want to say thank you to all the lawyers and clerks at the Cook Law firm they made this difficult process in the beginning Real smooth I was in a horrible accident and was in no shape to deal with insurance companies going back-and-forth asking me all these questions after just going head on with another vehicle so I found out about the Cook Law firm and contacted them immediately they made the process easy all I pretty much did to start everything off in the beginning is sign one document electronically and they were very professional and kind and gave me details as clear as water they made the process so simple for me that I forgot I was even in the accident I do not regret choosing them to represent me and I highly recommend them to anybody God forbid you ever have to use their services but if one day if you ever find yourself in a jam Cook Law firm is the way to go.

They we're/are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! My case took a little over two years but TRUST me it was worth the wait to let them do their job.. Through out the entire process they kept me updated and in the loop. My case got passed to Donna after the first girl I had went to a new firm. Donna Ritter was so knowledgeable,paitent and kind through out the whole entire process. They worked so hard to get me great reductions so that we were all please in the end. They paid for everything initially and make sure you get the best care and medical team that money can buy. All the doctors were very thorough and make sure that nothing is being overlooked. You worry about nothing but your recovery and can rest easy knowing that behind the scenes they are all diligently working tirelessly to fight for what you think your injuries,pain suffering,work loss etc are worth in case value and in what you believe you're owed for your accident they meet you in the middle and make sure that you WILL NOT be disappointed. Edit:2020 Posted below this post is my initial review: I can't figure out how to post a separate review years later after my case has settled. I would recommend them to anyone. They walked me through the whole process. I had to get access to help with my medical bills. Applying for any state benefits is always complicated and confusing process. Chenique has helped me every step of the way. She took hours of her time to walk me through the process of applying. She has been paitent and encouraging throughout the whole application process. She will check on you to see how you're doing almost everyday. Brett and Amy call to check on you as well and to make sure you're completing your end of your treatment and to see how you're feeling and to help with any paperwork. This law firm is a team and it shows with how much effort and care they provide to their clients. :)
