Attorney cook is very good.

I tried several law firms only to be told my case wasn't big enough. I was referred by the Husband and Wife law firm. Cook Law office was great, especially Victoria. If you want to hear it straight with no fluff, she is the one to ask for. She answered all my questions, got back to me right away and is very personable. Even had Jimmy Cook call me. Jimmy Cook was also very personable. I can't say enough on how this team is! Thanks

My experience so far has been mediocre. The first person I interacted with she was very respectful and courteous. She was also very communicative. The ones I am dealing with now, not so much of that. Difficult to even get a weekly update. My question aren’t answered until days later. Some staff have a bad attitude. Im hoping I didn’t make the wrong choice on this firm. Not pleased with the level of seriousness and aggression in handling my case. I initially contacted husband and wife firm then they referred me to this firm.

I would highly recommend Jimmy Cook and his associates if you have had a vehicle accident,. I was rear ended by a driver that was trying to cut in front of a bus I was hurt and had to go to the hospital. I then looked for a lawyer and I saw Hastings and Hastings on TV. They sounded wonderful and promised they could deliver I went to see them, and they took my case, a few months later, they contacted me and informed me that they were going to have to take the case to trial and I was going to have to pay money out of my pocket so they recommended that I just drop the case I then kept searching and that’s when I came across Jimmy Cook Jimmy told me to come to his office and reviewed my case and said this was a no-brainer long story short Jimmy delivered they called me and told me they had a settlement offer and I received $10,000 thank you Jimmy and everyone there at the office for helping me out during a rough time in my life since then I have recommended family members and friends and they have all been pleased with Jimmy. If you need help, please go see Jimmy.

Cost us everything after four months there was no petition to the court absolutely no results. We kept repeating our story over and over to new staff taking our case, including a disbarred paralegal. We barely spoke to Adam thousands of dollars and after four months I can promise you absolutely zero done to help us. The process by which to report this to the BAR is exhaustive in detail, but will be done as we work to make this right. please read the negative reviews and you will find real truth before you put your money and future at riskf there is something extremely important to convey here. Adam is not a father. He does not have a family. hire a lawyer that does because this man does not care.

No good. Never missed a payment for these guys, they didn’t go above and beyond for me. Have no idea why, got into a very bad car accident, they demanded hospital records for no reason at all. The accident wasn’t prompting me to miss court, so no idea why they wanted personal information from me. Kellie, talked to me like she was my boss, and like she was my mother. Fired them immediately for asking for personal information. Maybe have talked to a lawyer 4-5 times in the past 8 months. They never helped or relayed any info to me.

Total waste of money. Thousands of dollars to send a couple papers to the court and they didn't show up on time or check the paperwork for me before I signed. They withdrew representation with the court after the court date and left me to file the motions to rectify on my own. Zero advantage hiring these people. I found out, after I paid, that one is an ex judge and one is an ex prosecutor... they are not going to fight for you.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM....they do not care about you or feelings. They only care about how much money they can get from you. My family member had attorney Haley Terrell for almost 2 years and then she dropped the case 1 month before trial giving us only a few weeks to find another attorney. Seriously who does that? I know, someone without a heart. And the office manager is so mean and degrades you like you are nothing. So please do your research before hiring this firm.

I just recently finished up my divorce with Patrick McGill and I am pleased with the results. I went in thinking that this would decimate me financially but instead I came out of it pretty unscathed and I am in a stronger position moving forward. Highly recommend!
