This experience with the Cook Law Firm was good. They was very patient with me. Jimmy provided the best doctors for me and my family. Jimmy introduced Chenique to me and she helped me along the way emotional, spiritually and physically. I was scarde to go to the doctors and Cheinque went with me to support me get surgery to my lumbar dic 4. Jimmy fought hard for me and my family. Dave and Michael also helped alot. Cook Law Firm works as a team even people you don't see are fighting your case. I admit at times I made reviews out of anger. Which I sincerely apologize Jimmy. Chenique you rock at doing your job. Dont let anyone knock you. Jimmy did good hiring you Chenique as well as his others employees. The Cook law team exemplifies true service excellence. I initially tried doing things without a lawyer after my insurance company tried denying my claim I immediately looked up lawyers in the area and after through research I discovered cook law . They handled EVERYTHING and made the entire process seamless. I no longer had the headaches of trying to deal with the insurance companies because cook law took care of everything. Also special shout-out to Jimmy cook and Chenique because they are truly amazing. They immediately answered any questions or concerns I had . I contacted Cook's Law Firm after my accident and they have more than met my needs and my approval staff there very knowledgeable and very very friendly the secretary chenique took the time to walk me through the process of how accidents work. My sister and her girlfriend got into a accident that wasn’t their fault ! Chenique helped them both out so much because the girls were really scared (18/19) the other peoples insurance tried to give them the run around , but Kyle didn’t let that happen! The mintier we called him for help he was right in it ! Both of them were really helped us out once the other guys got nasty !We are to thankful to have cool law firm in our corner !

Donna with cook law has been very amazing , Donna has been very transparent and has been in constant contact with my wife and I letting us know all our options and has been fighting hard to get us all the money we deserve. I originally chose cook law office as I was told they were the best attorney if you're a passenger in an accident and I'm glad I chose them. My case is almost over and the number I'm getting right now is already a very great number but Donna is going to try to get me even more I will update this or leave another post if I get more or right now I'm already satisfied.
