Cook Law is an Exceptional law firm that consists of an elite team of professionals! This firm was so different from the others because they actually cared about me and my well being. They also cared about making me whole and having my vehicle replaced due to extensive damages. It’s very important to me to be able to communicate w my attorney, and I was able to do that. It was important to get proper care - they did that. I was under the impression that I’d get a specific amount, but they far superseded that, and they did so without making false promises or giving false hope ! Chenique is one that works w the firm, and I love her ! She is a doll ! Ms Andrea is never gonna let anyone push you around or come sideways without seeing it first and stopping it before it even begins. Sometimes those other guys can be very sneaky , especially the insurance companies. Ms Theresa was excellent at referring me to all of my medical practitioners and the attorneys gave me a direct course of action in which we would take, the possibilities but also an idea of what outcome would come about ! I went consulted 2 other attorneys prior, and I will never say anything negative about them but as for my “experiences” before hiring Cook Law firm wasn’t anywhere as great as they should’ve been, but NOW with COOK LAW it doesn’t even matter because this is definitely the Best Firm in Arizona if you ask me ! They went exceedingly beyond all that I could’ve imagined and I thank God for them ! I can finally walk again w ease, my pains and injuries have been treated, they took the load off of me and told me all they needed me to do was recover and they would do the rest !!!! First things first I just want to say thank you to all the lawyers and clerks at the Cook Law firm they made this difficult process in the beginning Real smooth I was in a horrible accident and was in no shape to deal with insurance companies going back-and-forth asking me all these questions after just going head on with another vehicle so I found out about the Cook Law firm and contacted them immediately they made the process easy all I pretty much did to start everything off in the beginning is sign one document electronically and they were very professional and kind and gave me details as clear as water they made the process so simple for me that I forgot I was even in the accident I do not regret choosing them to represent me and I highly recommend them to anybody God forbid you ever have to use their services but if one day if you ever find yourself in a jam Cook Law firm is the way to go.
