Mark is very professional. The law should be black and white. When there is something in the gray area, Mark is very prepared. He recited previous cases to the judge in which I was acquitted.

I was expected to be guided in the situation I was in when I received a DUI. I hired this attorney expecting to be helped. All I received was bills and barely a return phone call. I was not explained anything... 1st DUI and they expected me to know everything..." got a dui?.. have to do this..that .. take this course.. this device." Nothing!.. The attorney met me , I explained my case..minutes later ..forgot my name and case .." your here for what"...and in court...he stood up in confusion several times as if he forgot what was he doing .. so much that the judge addressed the issue... waste of money and pathetic service. I WAS a client!!! I will not take it down 8)

What a joke! I couldn’t think of a worse person to have represented my daughters father!!!!! He doesn’t even deserve one star in my opinion. Mark committed himself to my ex’s case and knew very well that it wasn’t here in the valley. This man didn’t even show up to most of the cases or would show up 30 minuets late! (Professional right?) the court appointed lawyers were there for him more often than not. His paralegal who I met once was so stuck up and full of himself. This lawyer failed him and ripped him off! The money my ex spent on this waist of time could have been used to make sure the next 2 years of his 6 year old daughters life would be financially secure. To everyone reading this: Please don’t just settle with the first person you meet with when picking a lawyer! Don’t just assume they are decent people who want to help by doing the job they signed up for. These people don’t care about you they care about getting your money and giving your case to free court appointment lawyers!

Cook Law Is amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a lawyer. I want to thank Chenique Davis she is amazing person and a hard worker she was always on top of things. If we had any questions or concerns She answered them... Overall they are a really good law group They got me and my family a good settlement. Cook Law Office is an amazing group of poeple. I am one of those who didn't contact them in time for them to represent me, but they did not turn my few questions I had away!! Most other lawyers would of. They helped and Chenique calmed my nerves when I had off the wall questions from the insurance company thinking they could pull the world over my eyes. If I EVER AM IN NEED, there is no other Law Office then Cook Law, that I'd go to or send anyone else too. Check them out. Promise they wont disappoint you at all!!!

Honestly a the beginning of our journey with Jimmy Cooks law firm I was very unsure about it. First we were dealing with Travis who was very personable. Next thing you know we were handed over to Victoria. Victoria seemed to be a bit all over the place. We would get mixed information and our personalities rather clashed terribly. And then our little savior got involved. Chenique one of the most down to earth, unique and straight forward woman. Very professional and knowledgeable but yet she explains everything in a way we could understand it. Torwarts the end even Jimmy got envolved. Our case was handled in a very timely matter and I am pleased with the altogether outcome. I do want to him say that I would’ve been even more impressed if Jimmy Cook himself would have handed over my check to me and maybe shake my hand and thanked me for my business CHENIQUE you are a wonderful wonderful person and I wish you only the best. I was in a car accident in June. I did not know what to do or who to go to upon my accident. I called Cook's law office to see what they can do for me. I was so please at all the people there. They were the best! They let me know about every step they were going to take and the process. They took over everything and I didn't worry about a thing but recovering from the accident. They we're/are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! My case took a little over two years but TRUST me it was worth the wait to let them do their job.. Through out the entire process they kept me updated and in the loop. My case got passed to Donna after the first girl I had went to a new firm. Donna Ritter was so knowledgeable,paitent and kind through out the whole entire process. They worked so hard to get me great reductions so that we were all please in the end. They paid for everything initially and make sure you get the best care and medical team that money can buy. All the doctors were very thorough and make sure that nothing is being overlooked. You worry about nothing but your recovery and can rest easy knowing that behind the scenes they are all diligently working tirelessly to fight for what you think your injuries,pain suffering,work loss etc are worth in case value and in what you believe you're owed for your accident they meet you in the middle and make sure that you WILL NOT be disappointed. Edit:2020 Posted below this post is my initial review: I can't figure out how to post a separate review years later after my case has settled. I would recommend them to anyone. They walked me through the whole process. I had to get access to help with my medical bills. Applying for any state benefits is always complicated and confusing process. Chenique has helped me every step of the way. She took hours of her time to walk me through the process of applying. She has been paitent and encouraging throughout the whole application process. She will check on you to see how you're doing almost everyday. Brett and Amy call to check on you as well and to make sure you're completing your end of your treatment and to see how you're feeling and to help with any paperwork. This law firm is a team and it shows with how much effort and care they provide to their clients. :)

The Cook Law Office is Amazing!! Had a car accident back in May I couldn’t ask for a better settlement I would recommend him to anyone. I wanna start off by saying, Thank you, Chenique, Jimmy, and Travis. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for us from Travis meeting me at Starbucks for a more convenient meeting to Chenique for always staying on top of everything and keeping us updated with anything and everything going on with our case. She is the kindest and most professional person I've ever worked with. She was able to work around my fiancée's and I's schedules to meet and call us. She was willing to stay on top of us to make sure we were doing everything we had to do to get us what we needed.
