My son and I had the great pleasure of meeting Adam Weingart today. Adam is genuine, kind, and an extremely knowledgable attorney who really cares about helping his clients. He went above and beyond, with very short notice, not only to give us the fantastic legal advice we needed but also gave us amazing support and encouragement in a difficult situation.

They handled my case with the upmost attention, and never let me feel like the outcome was out of our control. Mr. Weingart himself I found to be more than an institution in the local courts. Typical bullshit lawyer Mark does the sale, but never represents you in court, happens every day with lawyers. But, dude in court was kind of embarrassing, no show and unprepared. Judge said to call him and the office sent him to his court date. You get a discovery motion and a plea bargain for $5000, thats it and that. They will skip the officer interview and wont verify the breath machine which one would assume would be bare minimum. Perhaps understanding your how tent city works or support on license issues would be considered bare minimum also, but i got nothing. This is not to say Mark isnt offering the same thing as most law offices, finding a lawyer who does due dilligence is rough. I thought I worked hard enough vetting lawyers, thought I had the right guy. I burned him the last 800 bucks, havnt heard from him, but i am sure i will. I am sure he will respond defensively. He likes to use the internet, so do I, game on Mark.

The Weingart Firm always goes above and beyond for us!! We have known Mr. Weingart for a number of years and have sent him multiple cases that our friends and family had and the outcomes of all of the cases he's worked on for us or our loved ones have been unbelieveable. The Weingart Firm has helped my husband and I (and one of my family members too!!) with many matters. They are extremely amazing at what they do. I was expecting when hiring a lawyer that they would make this process easier for me and in the long run save me money, that was not the case with this attorney. My case got dragged out nearly a year from when my charges were filed. Every time I went into this attorneys office for a meeting he could never remember my case or the details of it. He guided me towards outside company's for my driving classes recommending that I'd be better off there than taking classes through the city but, left out the fact that I would still have to pay the city a fine. He didn't tell me about specific dates that I needed to do things by and when given consequences for being ill informed I tried to contact his office and they told me that it had nothing to do with him or his office. So, I essentially hired this man and gave him my money for no reason. I would never recommend using him.

Mark and his team got me out of a really serious bind in Gilbert. As we all know Gilbert a great city with the toughest laws known to man! If he win in Gilbert he can win anywhere if you need a great lawyer call Mark!!!!

I met Jimmy cook about 4 years ago. We've been in and out of court many many times. I was a single dad with 2 kids one was 2 years old and the other was 5. my ex wife was a drug addict and would show up in court and try to fight to get the kids. Jimmy was able to get her time reduced all the way down to two hours under my supervision every two weeks. It was a very long process in and out of court and Jimmy hung in there and fought for me and my kids.
