Might I say this is hands down the best law office you can go to for a car accident situation , we were referred by family members that have used them in the past, we couldn’t be any happier, the introduction was fantastic afterwards it had gone down due to not having the right people to help in the customer service area it took a turn of events and everything went back to being great and they definitely know what there doing at this law office, they helped my husband with a settlement with the insurance and we couldn’t be more grateful for there fantastic work! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! The one star reviews are spot on and accurate. This firm will not fight for you and your goals but more so drain your account with no remorse. The people the work here do not care about clients but more so how much they can charge you to not even finish your case! Please please please use another firm!!!

Was a long process (naturally) but so thankful to this firm. Was initially arrested on Extreme DUI, had it dropped down to Reckless Driving. Great communication throughout the months. Hands down would recommend if one falls into a bind and needs help.

Cook Law Office represented me in a car accident I was in last year. The first person I spoke to was Chenique. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She guided me through the beginning steps to get the ball rolling. The rest of the way, I pretty much dealt with Frank. Frank was straight to the point, nothing more. The law office handled everything from insurance, to my totaled car, to immediately starting my medical appointments. They regularly checked in with me. The accident happened in March. I went to medical appointments until about August. The law office began closing out accounts and negotiations began. An initial offer was received but the law office wanted to negotiate for more. The second round took about a month. I received my settlement in January. The communication was great until the end. I had questions about paperwork that was sent to me but I could not get a hold of anyone after the money came in. This was odd because throughout the whole process they were very on point with replying to me, usually within minutes or next day. I just ended up signing for the check and that was that. Overall I would recommend Cook Law Office. They got the job done.
