I recently had the opportunity to visit the offices of Matthew Lopez Law. The personnel was friendly, attentive and professional. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. Great qualities to have because let's face it, the reason for needing be at the lawyers office usually isn't under the best circumstances.

I give my experience a 1 star. From the beginning they didn’t ask me how I wanted to manage anything on my case. Everytime I called for an update no one had one. When my lawyer was scheduled to call me he didn’t. I had to call him and refresh his mind everytime we spoke about my case. Also they referred me to use Intoxalock as the company for my device and they are the WORST company. As bad is the lawyers office communication. I have emailed my lawyer and the office to urge them to STOP referring people to Intoxilock. And just how they were with me through out my case there is no response and no help. If you want a lawyer that listens to you and is knowledgeable and is able to remember you as a client don’t choose this law firm. They send you automated emails instead of calling you or sending a more detailed message regarding your case. If I could choose another lawyer with better communication and remembered my case I would. If I could NOT TAKE the advice from my lawyer and go with Intoxilock I would. Instead I trusted that they would give me the right advice or better guide me and they failed. FAILED everytime.if you want a lawyer that calls you instead of you calling them and reminding them of your case don’t go with this law office. Front desk girls also have an attitude and no nothing at all times they literally are just phone secretaries.
