A stressful, grueling traffic issue was adjudicated after five months by my attorney, Tim Derden. He did an outstanding job of getting the evidence (PO cam footage), keeping me calm and informed, and getting the settlement I was hoping for. He was available, I never felt rushed and would definitely recommend.

I sought this firm out specifically to work with Tyler Steele. And Tyler was great, up until he left the firm and I had no communication regarding this matter until I went in to meet with him and someone else walked into the room and said "Hi im taking over Tyler's cases" That was tough to swallow since I went with this firm specifically to work with Tyler. However, the attorney that took over was Tim Derden and while he has far less experience, he handled my case throughly and was very communicative and professional. I appreciated his position as someone who came into a new firm, in a new role (Tim was previously a prosecutor and had just switched to defense), and took over cases for someone who had significant tenure over him- that's a tall order to fill. Even so, Tim did everything he could for me without hesitation and walked me through all the details of my options and what would happen if I chose option A, B or C and the specific nuances of each path. While I'm not thrilled with the way the firm handled the communication and transition between Tyler and Tim; Tim himself was a solid attorney and I would recommend him.

Zalman did a great job for me! Gathered all the information available.. presented it to me along with his legal advice and helped me make informed decisions regarding my case. I originally contacted this office last year and ended up deciding to move forward with their services for a DUI. I was first assigned Tyler Steele, who now is not longer at the firm. Tyler sold me all these false ideas that i later discovered weren’t true. My case was then assigned to Rebecca and she was excellent! We ended up taking my case to trial as i was falsely accused of this DUI. Rebecca follow up with me after every hearing and was giving me updates on my case. Fast forward to trial , we did trial prep and attended a 2 day trial. Rebecca was successfully able to clear my name and the jury found me NOT GUILY. I am super blessed i decided to move forward with this firm and I’d recommend Rebecca to anyone going through a DUI case as well. She was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what to say at my trial. Thanks again Rebecca and i won’t be seeing you guys again, haha!!

I wasn’t helped and assisted in my case as I thought I’d be. I never met my lawyer either …..I only met the one that had to represent me because my original lawyer was assisting someone else . The other lawyer was also clueless on my sentence. Misinformation.
