Our firm had a case against Jim Kuzmich several years ago and I was impressed with his knowledge of the law and his professionalism. I have since referred several clients to him for advice and counsel and all have provided glowing reviews. I would not hesitate to send my family, friends and clients to Jim.

Mr. Saks is probably the most ethical and professional attorney I have ever known. He is very passionate. He is very respectful and treats each client with dignity and respect. If I could give him 6 stars I would. I have total trust in him and his abilities to represent me.

1. Sam is willing to work flexibly with clients. Believe me, as a financial consulting service provider myself, flexibility is really number one which sets apart a firm / people from the peers. 2. Sam is very knowledgeable in his practice of area but he is able to explain the jargon very well to his clients. 3. Sam is an excellent listener. Communicating with Sam is very smooth. On the other hand, a good communicator should also be an effective negotiator to represent you on the case. 4. No doubt that Sam is very hard-working and talented at the same time. I consulted with Sam but did not enter into an engagement in the end simply because my friend got me connected with another attorney who is right by my place. I would definitely recommend Sam and if something comes up in the future, I would not be hesitated to talk to Sam and work with him if necessary!

Sam is extremely hard working and dedicated to his clients and improving the legal and local community. He is extremely ethical and was a pleasure to work with on the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar.

I have worked with many attorneys for multiple companies I own. Jim Kuzmich has been my attorney the past five years and I have only had good experiences with him. He is not only knowledgable when it comes to setting up entities but is very business savvy whether working with professional athletes and musicians or start ups.
