After having Stuart Peterson represent me on multiple occasions in a very contentious case, I can tell you with confidence that Stuart Peterson is an excellent lawyer that will fight hard for you and your children. Stuart is respected by his peers and his ideas are well received in the courtroom (where it obviously matters most.) If you feel like the odds are really stacked against you, watch how fast some prayer and a call to Stuart can turn things completely around.

I highly recommend Stuart! I was impressed with his straightforward, genuine communication style and overall expertise. While other attorneys I spoke with felt the need to "mansplain" things for me, Stuart took the time to explain legalese in documents without the always dreaded "mansplaining." His rates are very fair and he always replied to my questions in a timely manner.

This guy is awesome. I was going through tough custody battle with a my daughter's mother who would do nothing but repeatedly go against the court order and do whatever she wanted with no regards to checking with or involving me. I had a plethora of saved emails text and videos of her going off on my and blatantly disregarding my concerns of things with our child. One day I had taken too much and went back at her hard in a text message saying things I probably shouldn't have and of course we end up in court and the judge didn't like it one bit. But with the persistence and attention to detail given by Stuart I was able to still acquire 98% of what I wanted which was mainly more time with my daughter. Stuart helped me get 50% parenting time and 50% decision making. If it weren't for the judges disregard because of my 1 bad text in years, of the countless examples and evidence against my daughter's mom, I'm confident I would have walked out of court with everything I've asked for. If you've ever seen the show Suits Stuart's got the passion of Mike Ross with the determination of Harvey Specter. With a person like that in your corner you dont just feel like another client, you feel like family. That's why I titled this, "Not enough Stars to accurately rate" him because in my book 5 Stars could never be enough for what he's accomplished.

This was my first time hiring a lawyer for anything and I went in knowing nothing about what I needed to do. Luckily, I chose the best lawyer I could have hoped for.
