Stuart is an honest lawyer. He is very good at sticking straight to the point and not wasting any time. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Stuart Peterson represented me through my divorce and he was instrumental in helping me through that difficult process. Stuart shows up to get you exactly what you want while also holding space for the emotions that come with the rollercoaster of divorce. Hearing about other lawyers being unresponsive or delayed responses made me appreciate Stuart even more. He is very reliable, quick turnaround on responses, his staff is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a family law attorney. You won’t regret it!

This guy is a complete joke. He did my divorce, then made the huge mistake of hiring for petition to enforce where he quite literally worked in my exes favor. Said he was working for me but I’m even worse off now. Was verbally hostile and intimidated me out if a court date I had waited 4 months for because I guess he felt his flat fee had worn out. Will never work with anyone charging a flat fee and will never trust lawyers like I once did. I had to pay to fight for things he should have had done in my divorce so had yo pay him twice and that still wasn’t enough. I got horribly taken advantage of. I’m still depressed because I trusted him. He treated me like a second class citizen and never once truly fought for me despite warning me my ex was a bad person. I’m still in shock.

My wife and I have both used Stuart Peterson to represent us in family law court in Arizona. Stuart was amazing from the initial meeting, to the judges ruling and after.
