Stuart Peterson deserves the highest praise!!! He is the right man who would shield you from nasty attacks in divorce and protect your rights. Stuart is sharp and highly efficient!! He deals with nonsense from the opposing lawyer's client powerfully. I always enjoy his punchy replies to the other divorce party's aggressive requests. Stuart responds to all e-mails really fast. My first lawyer ignored my urgent questions and requests for more than a week, twice, and worst of all was unprepared for my first hearing. By contrast, Stuart informed me of the processes and foci of all my hearings and was always cognizant of all crucial points concerning my interests. He utilized all the points in my favour and helped me win three hearings so far . I am deeply grateful for his unfaltering commitment to my case. Stuart is the lawyer you want representing you!!! My trial was drug out for Months due to covid, Stuart was with me for every step. He was easy to get a hold of, understanding, reassuring, detailed in all his work, and knows what he is doing!! There were a few things that came up in my trial that I thought would work against me and Stuart was able to flip that. He was able to take that evidence and make it work in my favor. I was very nervous going into this and Stuart made me feel confident in the entire situation. On top of the great work and knowledge he provided he also made the financial portion very convenient. I had called about 20 family law lawyers in the state of arizona, the Peterson law firm being the last one! However they were the last one i called because they were extremely educated on cases like mine ( removing none bio dad from birth certificate to add bio dad(not as easy as it sounds)), beyond courteous, extremely informative, helpful, and probably the nicest person i had spoke to throughout all 20 calls to different firms.
