The worst “law firm” ever! let this be the review that makes you choose a better law firm. I had a on going case that went on for nearly 3 years. No communication what’s so ever I always had to call in and request an update and every time I called my assigned paralegal was out of town or assigned to a new case. After 2 years I called every week asking for an update and that’s when I finally heard something about the case moving forward. I had a new paralegal every almost every single time. I was supposed to get a call from one of the attorneys before my deposition and heard nothing I had no idea what I was doing or where I was going. I am very serious when I say my case was almost 3 years long do not make yourself go through something like this. I’ve seen reviews that state that these people don’t fight for you and they are very much correct. I lost my case and all they said was that they did the best they could which is a huge lie. They don’t care about their customers they just care about the money they receive whether they win your case or not. Communication was terrible and the people simply don’t care. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CHOOSE KENT LAW.

Kent Law did a great job resolving my accident claim. Kristina was my paralegal and her customer service was outstanding. I found her to be both knowledgeable and thorough.
