My wife 8 months ago got sideswiped by another party car isn’t fixed or even helped with the process we finally got the check but have to call around to collision centers to find one that will do it for the check amount we have called this law firm multiple times with zero help I would use Kelly law team or Hastings and Hastings for any car accident issues this law firm doesn’t fight for you to get what you deserve Kelly law team does and will set up car repair for you Kent law hasn’t helped out at all in our situation super disappointed and would not recommend. Going forward we will post about how long it takes what we received and if customer service is still not a thing so far people use the law firms I stated above this one just doesn’t care about you will not be there to help through the process or get you what you deserve our car is still messed up from an no fault accident no rental no collision repair company contacts no customer service they don’t even know who my wife is when she calls again I will post exactly what is happening from here on out through this on our own process if you use this company be prepared to call and get on them and be frustrated when no thing is done to be continued

Do not hire Kent law! They have a crooked Attorney Andrew Shaver working for them. I hired them December 2019 due to someone hitting my work van on my way home from work, someone hit me and totaled my van. So I called Kent law I was not allowed to speak to my attorney for over three years. I got nothing but excuses from five different paralegals. I guess most of them quit. Following year, I got Covid really bad I was placed on access Atty got really upset with me as he wanted me to get the bills as high as I could get them Thank God they didn’t. The guy that hit me was under insured. Finally almost 5 years later after many delays. They settled for $95,000 never went to court yet. They took 40% beware of their false contract. as it reads If they file it in court, they get 40%. This is just a scare tactic to the insurance companies. To raise their profits by screwing over their clients. Andrew started to give away my money. They found out owed some past business bills that had nothing to do with the accident I asked him not to due to. I’m protected my LLC license that I carry. That they cannot come out to my personal assets. Continue to argue with me while on speakerphone with my wife telling him four times. Not to contact Autozone. He paid them over $10,000. When I only owed $6,000 I had three medical leans totaling almost $6000. In the end my final check was $20,000. They even overcharged me for $5000 check they collected for medical I contacted the Bar Association and the state Attorney General And file complaints the Bar Association did find them at fault. Do not hire this crooked law firm! If you have been screwed over by this firm please contact the bar association and the state attorney general you may have a refund coming. Fred

Do not go to this firm. You most likely will not meet with a lawyer but basically a paralegal (salesman) I never received any updates on my case no matter how many times we called. When we finally heard from them it was to tell us that there was nothing that they could do with my case and by then the statute of limitations was up making impossible to hire another law firm. You have been warned.

The team at Kent Law was recommended to me back in 2013/14 when I was rear ended. I was in my 20s and not sure what to do. Not only did they have a chiropractor ready for me the next day they always were available every step of the way. I remember getting a royalty treatment at all my Dr visits , and I never was asked for payment. I love that I can call the office and get an update on my case. The absolute worst firm. I wish my original lawyer wouldn't have have sent my case to them. I was assaulted and now somehow I OWE the defendant. 1 star is being generous, this also happened in 2019 and was just now finalized. Ridiculous.
