They suck at calling back, and keeping you informed. They constantly give you the run around. I had like 5 different paralegals on my case and it took 3 years for them to make any progress. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Terrible at follow up, follow through. If you promise to call back, do it! If you commit to email, do it! Not this firm. I had to make several calls, chase down an individual only to be told by the front end staff that my case was rejected.

If I could describe my experience with Kent Law group, I would say that the process was very easy and helpful. Once I explained my accident, the attorney made me feel comfortable in my efforts to seek compensation. The paralegals assigned to my case were very kind and responded quickly. Angela was the paralegal assigned to my case and kept me updated on the process/status of my case throughout the settlement. Any information and paperwork that I needed to support was received in the initial consult and soon after that was just a matter of waiting.
