Charity and her assistant Courtney were amazing. We came up against some opposition, but they didn't let it slow us down. They are very communicative, and so helpful. Definitely recommend this law firm.

Ms. Clark was amazing on my case. Not only did she make every attempt to settle with the other side to keep costs down and the case out of the courtroom, but when the other side refused and took unreasonable positions, she brought my case before the judge and we walked away with more than what we had even been offering in settlements. She didn't always agree with what I was asking for, but after we would talk about it she would walk into the courtroom and present what I wanted confidently. I believe that Ms. Clark truly wants what is best for her clients. I have seen her interact with clients, attorney's and judges and she is always professional and well respected. This is an advantage to all of her clients. You would be lucky to have Ms. Clark represent you.

This is my second time I have used Charity Clark for legal needs and I have to say she has gone above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. Charity is by far the best criminal defense attorney in the business. i hired charity for my sister just three days before her preliminary hearing and she was able to get ahold of the public defenders office and get copies of the police reports prior to the hearing. She is fast and efficient. Without charity and all of her help with my sister she would have spent closer to 15 years atleast. Luckily with charity's help she will be out of prison in December 2016. Since charity did so well with my sisters case my brother also retained charity for his DUI and he was also very impressed with her work and expertise. I highly recommend charity for all of your legal needs you won't be disappointed.

When it comes to hiring representation in the most dire of situations I was confused and scared of what lie ahead of me. Let's face it, we all "think" we know the law and our rights and we all think we are on the right side. I needed Charity's help with a business matter and she was knowledgeable, always available, patient and honest. She zero'd in on my issue and knew exactly how to handle it in no time. Charity Clark was very kind, professional, timely, and within our budget. She was the difference between my elderly, disabled mother rightfully having the funds due her from her home and vehicle and my mother being totally indigent. The unfortunate story is that my eldest sister was entrusted to liquidate my mother's assets and use the funds for her care when our stepfather died but instead decided to keep them and use them for her own purposes. My mother is wheelchair bound, very physically disabled, and as a result, extremely vulnerable. She is no longer capable of making all her own financial decisions but is still aware and alert enough to know that her assets were not being used for her benefit. Charity helped my other sister and I take back control of my mother's property in order to make funds available for her care. Charity worked with my sister and I across two different states with patience, flexibility, and understanding to bring a civil case to court (against a once loved family member) which resulted in the return of my mother's assets. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for effective legal representation.
