Charity is an excellent lawyer and I highly recommend her. She is very personable and was dedicated to help me get my case dropped. She listened intently to my side of the story and was patient with me. I did not do anything that the law would consider harassment and I just needed to trust her/be patient. Her skills were displayed on the hearing day as we were able to get the case dropped without even having to testify.

I was sued by a person along with another person. Ms Clark represented the other person involved in the suit. The jury came back with a verdict in my favor. Although Ms Clark was not my counsel her help and expertise went a long way to help in my defense. I was very impressed with her abilities before and during trail. Her ability to work with the jury was very impressive.
I would highly recommend her to anyone involved in any kind of litigation.

I used charity in a case where my original attorney withdrew from my case unexpectedly. I found charity and told her the issue at hand. She was able to update herself on this case quickly. When we went to depositions, she was aggressive and ver professional. I was able to settle the case at arbitration. I would recommend her to anyone that needs an affordable and aggressive attorney.

Thank goodness for Charity Clark and her Paralegal Courtney. I had an issue with the Department of Real Estate and immediately hired Ms Clark. Her research was extremely thorough and she quickly developed a line of communication with the Attorney for the Real Estate Dept. Shortly before the hearing, she negotiated an incredible decision in my favor which saved me a HUGE potential fine. She was able to get the opposition to see me for who I was and explained all sides of the situation and de escalated the situation to what it really was. Thank you !!!
