Mr. Kielsky is the first lawyer I've ever had to hire(I'm in my 70's) and it was definitely the right decision as he really knows what he is doing. He asked me the appropriate questions, handled all the paperwork with the court, and left me feeling very confident in his abilities. My confidence was justified because the people suing me settled out of court, which they wouldn't have done had I faced them alone. I am very pleased with Mr. Kielsky and would hire him again without hesitation.

My review of Michael Kielski on the three cases that he has worked for me are simple!!!!! He knows the law and he controls the courtroom! I’m going to be sad when he moves to the bench ! Because he loves what he does!!!!! The law!!!!

I had called many lawyers before deciding on Mr. Kielsky. I was just exasperated! Initially Michael answered my phone call after hours which I found remarkable and assuring. I explained that I received a speeding ticket from a photo radar camera. He understood my concern that with my profession this would affect my work. I have professional licenses in many States. There were other personal factors that I told him that he could include in my defense too. I feel that Michael is a very caring, empathic and compassionate person and does much research so he can provide the best defense. He told me that he may not win but I could see that he had a great track record so I wanted to take a chance and hired him. His legal assistant Kristina updated me along the way with the progress. I can't tell you my relief when she called and emailed the results of my case today. Michael was able to get it brought down to a city code violation which is no points and is not reported to the MVD so it should have no impact on my livelihood and car insurance. I really hope that I don't get another violation but if I did I would ask Michael if he would represent me again. He took the stress out of a stressful situation. This is the 1st time I've ever hired a lawyer too!

I spoke with Michael in the beginning of my criminal driving accident from there on he and his staff took over. Not once did I have to appear in court. The case was finally dismissed after I paid restitution which my insurance paid. But the misdemeanor went away.

2 years ago I got in trouble with the law. Heaven for bid I was screwed I couldn't find a lawer for the right price. I was always scared of lawers. Today, I received the notice from the court has dismissed my case. It was an unexpected result for me, I felt very surprised and happy。A year ago, I was charged with reckless driving in Phoenix. Hired Mr. Michael Kielsky based on a recommendation of another attorney. The recommendation was spot on. Mr. Kielsky handled my case involving Arizona Criminal statute chapter 28 with care, professionalism, patience and expertise. He was able to create a defense that was thought out, compelling and effective. He took time to review my case in detail. We he consulted me with possible defense plans and strategies that would allow for a more favorable case outcome. After significant work with providing my background information, current business practices and current activities and many court dates, a carefully crafted deviation letter was presented to the prosecution team. After their review we were able to plea to a very favorable charge. From the original two class 1 misdemeanor charges the case was pleaded to a single civil charge with no criminal conduct. I highly recommend Mr. Kielsky. He is is professional, caring, diligent, patient and highly skilled. His passion with helping in my case was very evident and much appreciated. Job well done Sir!

Let me start by saying, I would 100% hire Michael again (in a heart beat). And secondly, Michael won my case for me!! He worked on my case for over a year & a half, never giving up; even when I was ready too. I was facing criminal speeding (with a clean driving history) and with Michael's defense, he got my case dismissed in court with zero court fines or points (no driving school) on my record/ history.

Mr. Kielsky took my case head on. He knew that a first time offender like myself in any way with the laws of Arizona should not face a class 3 misdemeanor for a speeding infraction. In all honesty this man is responsible for my ability to succeed in my professional future. The state of Arizona put up a good fight but Mr. Kielsky was better.
