I hired Ray Kimble to help me with a DUI he was very honest and explained everything to me, he kept in contact and I always knew what was going on. I feel confident that with out his expertise I would of had a harsher sentence he's an out standing attorney and I highly recommend him. If you need an attorney he's the one. I was originally given a jail sentence of 56 days for driving under the influence. After hiring Ray Kimble it was significantly reduced to only 9 days. I would recommend him to anyone that has run into misfortune with the law.

About 20 months ago I was arrested for possession of mj. I had discussions with multiple attorneys and ended up hiring Ray. Part of what drew me to him is that he has worked on the prosecution side as well as now on the defense. Now here is where my story is a little interesting. I did not receive my felony 6 charge until 8 months after I was arrested. And at that point I had left the country to travel abroad in Asia for a year. I was able to get back in contact with Ray and he attended the necessary pre-trial meetings to extend my case until my return. At no point during my travels did I feel concerned as I knew I was in good hands with Ray. In the end, Ray was up front with my options and how everything was to play out. I ended up pleading down to a misdemeanor charge that included a fine and 8 hour online course. If you think court is like law and order shows or anything like that you are dead wrong. The judicial system is a well oiled machine and your case is no different from many of the ones down there. I would absolutely hire Ray again and recommend him to anyone as he was told me how it would play out and he was exactly right. There was no mystery or concern. Unfortunately (for me) I had two cases Ray handled. The first was a textbook DUI. I got the minimum. The second was a very complicated 2nd DUI case with hit and run of unmanned vehicles. I was facing 6months to 1 year. Ray pulled out all of the stops. I ended up with probation and fines only. I have my present day personal and professional success due to Ray. No jail, missed work, or absent parent time He is great. I have sent multiple people to him.

Ray knows his way in the court system. We would have been fumbling around and not have known some of the things that were options for us.
