Mr. Weingart comes across nice enough but his office staff is rude and makes decisions for you. I would not recommend this firm if you value your time. The lawyer they sent was over 30 minutes late. Seemed unfamiliar in court. The office staff will insist you come in the office when a 10 minute phone call will due. Unless you can afford to but serious money into fighting a charge they can not due much for you. I would not recommend

Yaser was extremely helpful in creating a Trust for our family that complies with the Islamic Laws of inheritance. I highly recommend Attorney James Novak, he helped me so much with my case and kept me updated throughout the process until everything was taken care of; really making me felt at ease during my very stressful situation. He has so much experience within the courts. He was able to get my case dismissed after fighting for me to get into the diversion program. Mr. Novak is experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable (quickly responds back & does his side of paperwork fast but more importantly effectively).
