My wife and I recently needed to revise our estate plan, and in doing so create a trust. We found Allison Manning at Kinghorn Heritage Law Group to be an excellent attorney to work with. All others we interacted with at the firm are fantastic as well. We have worked with other estate planners on previous wills and POA's, and Kinghorn is by far superior. They are thorough, precise, and experienced. Kinghorn Heritage is not the cheapest, but this is an area that warrants quality over price. I would definitely recommend consulting with them before deciding who to trust this important process to.

I've worked with different Estate Planning firms over the years, both as a professional insurance agent and as an individual. Kinghorn Law is outstanding. Professional, responsive, friendly. Yes, like any good firm they have to charge for their services, but I considered my payment to be an investment, not an expense. Follow up - I am now settling another estate as the Successor Trustee. That Trust was established by a different law firm out of town. Everything that Kevin and Allison discussed on the "Trustee School" seminar matched 100% with what I have learned while settling this other estate.
