Divine H. is Elias' get-it-done person, and let me tell you - she's amazing. Divine will clearly and gently walk you through anything you don't understand. I had to appear by phone from out of state for a set-aside hearing and Divine is the one who did everything but hold my hair back when I was freaking out from stress (I don't spend a lot of time in court rooms, okay, don't judge me). I have one email from her that said "Breathe, you're going to do fine" and she was right. In the case I was involved in, the end result was extremely positive (set-aside granted, rights restoration, the whole nine yards) - but I can honestly say I'm not sure it would have gone that well with another attorney or another office. If you’re reading this and are considering hiring Damianakos law for your situation… search no more!!! They helped me in 2 different situations… one with my daughter and another with me,myself!!! Amanda was amazing. I am a full time stock photographer and another company was infringing on my copyright. Essentially, they had a commercial license and were allowed to use a collection of photos for a limited period of time. They signed a contract agreeing to that. However, when that time was up they blocked me and continued selling the photographs! I explained everything to Amanda who found their LLC and address online. Then Amanda sent them a cease and desist letter and in less than a week they had complied with all the demands listed! That company is no longer benefitting from stealing my intellectual property. I'm so thankful I had Amanda in my corner to get this resolved.
