David was extremely helpful in a problem with a renter who wouldn't pay the rent. He explained the options with the eviction process and identified the cost associated with each step. He answered all my followup email questions promptly. After filing 2 notices the renter agreed to move out without further eviction steps. The total fee was very reasonable and I will use Boreale Law again if the need arises.

Paid him 5,000 I was looking at 5 yrs all he was doing was postponed my court dates for 18 months he told me on a Thursday I would be going to prison that following Monday and I would do the original 5 yr sentence I'm grateful I was able to hire a real lawyer and I won my case thanks to Walter Nash
