Peter was an excellent attorney who provided us professional guidance, planning, and strategy in a very comforting and amicable manner. It was a difficult process but he was patient and kind to both of us through it all. We all came out of the process with respect for one another. I would recommend him anytime.

The Frisby Law Office team took very good care of me. I went from (3) related DWI accusations in a hostile Sahuarita court setting to a more fair courtroom in Green Valley with a kind and fair Judge Raymond Carroll at the helm. I avoided license suspension, no ignition interlock, avoided up to 180 days in jail, and avoided thousands in fees and months of supervised monitoring . I traded all that for a guilty plea of reckless driving. I believe my sentence and penalties were fair. I am now on the non drinking wagon and feel great. I did pay some fees, stayed sober, attended alcohol treatment training watched MADD and donated. My best advice- if you plan to drink -plan on getting a ride. I would highly recommend Elias Damianakos for your legal needs. Our son was wrongfully arrested by the over zealous University of Arizona Police Department. Not only were the charges dropped, but he followed up and got the charges sealed so that THEIR desire to make their bones did not follow him around for the rest of his life. I hope that I will never need Elias again, but wouldn't hesitate to call him or refer to him anyone in need of assistance.
